Service Representative (English based)
Jakarta Raya - Pondok Indah
Responsibilities:The role of Call Centre Officer is to provide an exemplary service to foreign / multinational customers. Help customers, direct them to further sources of information, other services of interest and to answer questions, offer general advice and make sure the customer has a positive experience with the bank.
- Open to flexible working hours, highly motivated with excellent interpersonal skill.
- Experience in serving/dealing with expatriate customers or working in companies where English is the main communication language used.
- Computer literate (Microsoft Office) and very fluent in English (speaking, reading and writing).
- Min. Diploma/Bachelor Degree from overseas or local university with minimum GPA of 3.25.
