- Maintain and develop smooth relationship with the clients
- Target focused with an aptitude for sales and customer service
- Maintain candidate database
- Maintain candidate networks.
- Monitor and compile monthly reports on recruitment activities
- Make reports of selected candidates and recap CV.
- Also conduct interviews on a general basis & for specific roles
- Remind candidates and interviewers of scheduled interview
- Able to manage a Team, show leadership skills
- Evaluate recruitment needs and interviewing needs
- Manage recruitment advertisements and maintain database of resumes
- Willing to work at Kelapa Gading Area
- Good communication, teamwork & interpersonal skills.
- Experience in conducting psychological test and interview preferably.
- High persistency and self driven towards result.

- Should be able to converse fluently in English both oral & written
- Has a pleasant personality & full of energy to take up new challenges
- Should have full knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power point, internet)
- Have fair knowledge with the processes involved in Recruitment
- Hardworking and should be as Task Master
- Min. 1-2 years experience as secretary or in Recruitment Area
- Minimum Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Psychology or related major from reputable university with excellent GPA / IPK ( > 3.00 )
