AR Coordinator

Responsibilities:
Job Purpose :

  • Prepares billing for product, service feels and other revenues
Key Responsibilities :
  • Performs other tasks such as:
  • Follows up outstanding receivables-trade and non-trade
  • Send weekly AR Statement to customer
  • Prepares reports related to store billing and receivables
  • Downloads accounting transactions into the Sun Accounting system for preparation of accounting entries for the sales revenue, cost of good sold (COGS), inventory and receivable
  • Issue debit and/or credit notes for reimbursement of repair and maintenance expenses or recharge to customer and intercompany
  • Issues debit and/or credit notes in relation to customers’ delivery deviations, OSnD, product complaint and stock recovery
  • Checks the product price
  • Prepares billing for product, service fees and other revenues and ensure timely submission of billings to customer
  • Attend to other accounting tasks assigned
  • Generate Debit note for Inter-DC transfer
  • Generate Debit note for stock adjustments incl. Cycle count and Stock Take
  • Maintain product repricing and Customer Price List
  • Analytical and systematic

  • Excellence communication and interpersonal skills
  • Microsoft office applications – power point, excel and word
  • Fluency in written and spoken English
  • Experience in handling AP/ AR collection, documentation and records
  • 1-2 years of Finance and Accounting
  • Diploma or bachelor degree in Accounting or Business Management or related discipline
