HRD Manager (GM)
· Designing, implementing and developing the organizational structure design, performance management, job competency and job analysis & evaluation · Ensurethe formation of corporate culture within the organization and ensuring workforce understand the meaning of the corporate culture · Conductjob analysis for design and planning organization plan that exactly fits the needs of the company · Performrecaps workforce needs and seek talented people with the appropriate competencies to join the organization · Designingcareer paths labour and competencies required to design development · Planand control the budget relating to the procurement and workforce development · Formulateand develop training modules and materials to complete the competencies required in each job position · Developmodules and the latest learning resources and to facilitate knowledge transfer process for all employees · Ensurethe implementation of knowledge management runs a sustainable and consistent · Supportall activities related to the performance and management of Human Resources
Requirements: · 30-40 years old · Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management, psychology, preferably S2 · Psychology, Management (concentration in human resources) · Min. 8yearsin asimilarposition · Incumbent must have a solid background and foundation in recruitment, training, labour administration, labour legislation and other relevant legislation · Capable to manage high pressure working conditions due to the nature of work · Must have a friendly relationship with the employees · Great interpersonal, persuasive , hard worker, assertive and energetic · Able to meet deadline and adapt to changing conditions · Excellent computers skill and English proficiency is a must, both oral and written Additional language skills: Mandarin would be an added advantage
