Claims Manager
Jakarta Raya

Responsibilities:

To manage the assigned caseload of Global accounts claims and ensure satisfactory claims services to the clients both internally and externally through delivering creative solutions and professional working cooperation with all parties involved. Good development and supervision of service capability to meet Company Standard Operation.
  • Works closely with the other parts of the organisation for the overall objective of improved customer service and treating all customers fairly.
  • Proactively handle escalated calls and ensure complaints are resolved, where possible, and logged in accordance with business policy
  • Perform independent reviews of policy benefits and approves expenses for claims cases based on interpretation of terms and conditions of policies and within authority limits
  • Ensure allocated claims are properly managed, recorded and completed by ensuring full and proper data capture, case status and reserve controls and accuracy
  • Ensure proactive communications with clients and respond to general queries using best practice methods and ensure administration calls and written correspondence are handled promptly

Requirements:

  • Possess Insurance Professional Qualifications i.e., ANZIIF, AAAIK, AAIK, will be an advantages
  • Self-motivated and able to work under pressure with a high level of responsibility.
  • Demonstrates good interpersonal skills including verbal and written communications.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of general insurance policy coverage
  • Good command of English (both oral and written).
  • At least 10 year(s) of relevant working experience.
  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, or equivalent.
  • Male / Female, 25-35 years old.
